How Does It Work?

You send 30-40 digital photographs* of your clients property to London Property Video Productions.

Or LPVP digitally film the property.

LPVP produce a 1-3 minute video with music, titles, voice-over and/or with a presenter.

LPVP upload the property video to Youtube and 20 similar web-sites including your own.

Browsing buyers see more of the property than the usual 2-3 pictures

The property video is the essential ‘first viewing’.

You know when someone comes to view in person they are really interested.

*Before sending us 30-40 digital pictures of your customers property remember to…

1) Include pictures of each room (from different angles) as well as any hallways & staircases, exteriors of your property (front & back), gardens and surrounding areas etc.  

2) Make sure you take some close up shots of any interesting features, i.e. landscape gardens and water features, fireplace, swimming pool, wood burning stove, interesting views etc.

3) Name each photograph i.e. Bedroom #1, Master On-suite etc. (Bedroom1.jpeg, master onsuite.jpeg etc.)

4) Write a brief description of your property, no more than a paragraph long that you would like ‘narrated’. Alternatively you can include a few details about your property in your email and we can do this for you.

5) Once you’ve decided which pictures you would like to use, simply send them to us in an email.  To do this they will need to be in a Zip file.

We strongly advice you to use a trusted file transfer system like Send This File to send large media files – it’s FREE! Simply open an account (only a name and email required) then attach you photo Zip File and email to lpvp@impfilmco.com in the usual way.

We will then add music, titles & voice-over to your property video.

Within 5 working days we’ll send you the link to where your property video can be viewed.

NB. We may not use all of your digital photographs to produce your property video.
