Google Property Portals

Dec 1st, 2009 by Perry

Never a company to sit back on it’s haunches, Google have been Beta testing their property portal in Australia.

Now Google dominate as the search engine of choice they appear to be exploiting vertical markets such as property and blend them with Google Maps and CPA (Cost Per Action) advertising.

Instead of cost per click, CPA are shown favour in searches and the leads are monetized. How this changes organic searches remains to be seen.

That rss page on your website here is brilliant, you should tell people about it in your upcoming post. I haven’t noticed it for the first couple of times, now I’m using it every morning to check on any updates. I’m on a rattling slow dial-up connection in Brazil and it’s quite baffling to sit there and wait for such a long time ’til the page loads… but hey, I just found your rss page and added it to the Google Reader and there you are… I’m always up-to-date! Well pal, keep up the good work and make that rss button a little bigger so that other people can enjoy that as well :-P
