Demo London Property Video Production

Sep 30th, 2009 by Perry

This a demo London Property Video we produced today. It was shot in South London and is made from digital photographs to create a slideshow. We also filmed this property to produce a film version of it and we will post it on this blog shortly, so you can use it as a reference and compare the two products.

The beifits of producing a property video from photographs is that no cameraman need visit the property unless requested. The photographs can be supplied to London Property Video Productions by the owners or respresentatives of the property.
LPVP then produce the video, adding titles and voice-overs as required.
This kind of photographic slideshow video is quick, inobrusive and a valuble marketing tool to add to your advertising armoury.
With 80% of customers starting their property search online, Property Video marketing makes a lot of sense.
Your property video when seen is more likely to convert to a sale than a competitor who doesn’t market using the power of video.
Potential buyers can essentially view the property first online so when they book to view in person, you know they are already interested. This save you time and resources on wasted viewings.

London Property Price Rise

Sep 28th, 2009 by Perry
London Property Price Rise

It seems that more landlords in the buy-to-let sector are showing a little more optimism along with the recent property price rise. There is a strong belief that over the next 12 months property prices will continue on their steady rise.

London property prices are expected to increase at the current levels or rise within the next twelve months. The rest of the UK is anticipated to follow suit but at a steadier pace to the capital.

The overall outlook of the property market, although still very delicate, looks set to be very positive and optimistic over the coming year.

Landlords forecast a modest rise of 1% for London property and a fall of 1.5% for UK property outside Greater London.

However Investors are still attracted to London and the capital is the preferred choice for investors mainly because of the historic market and strong dollar.
